What data I process and why
When you book a consultation or submit an enquiry, I may process your name, email address, phone number, selected date and time, preferred meeting format and information about your intended project. I need this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange the consultation and prepare for a potential collaboration.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. I may also process basic technical data necessary for the secure operation of the website on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Cal.com and other recipients
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you make a booking, you provide your data directly to this service, which processes it according to its own privacy terms. Cal.com may also process data outside the European Economic Area.
To the extent necessary, data may also be processed by providers of email, hosting and technical infrastructure required to operate the website and communicate with you. I do not sell your data or use it for profiling.
How long I retain your data
Data from enquiries and bookings is retained for no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless the enquiry leads to a collaboration or the law requires a longer retention period.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
This website does not use marketing cookies. The Cal.com booking widget may use technical cookies or similar technologies necessary for its operation. If analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, their optional cookies will only be activated after you provide consent.
